C and K got its start in 1968 by Corwin Stephan — and more than 40 years later, the business is still family-owned.

Corwin's son Steve took over in 1994 after working full-time for C and K since 1987. Today we've grown to almost 40 employees and a fleet of 50 trucks – all painted the same signature green as our first vehicle.

Several commercial and residential customers from those first years still call C and K for their heating and cooling needs today. Families have also passed the C and K tradition onto their children.
